Hospital in Bangor, ME is looking to employ an Internal Medicine physician to join 4 physicians in an outpatient practice. Here's more:

• Must be BC/BE in Internal medicine
• All physicians are NCQA Certified in diabetes and cardiac care
• Practice model includes teams of one physician, one nurse practitioner, two registered nurses and two medical assistants
