An individual could be successful if they possess the following. To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set - Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. - High School diploma or equivalent. - Six months of related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word. - Must be able to read and write in English and have good verbal communication skills. - Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, percentages, etc. - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. - Must qualify for licensing by the Maine Harness Racing Commission. - Must possess a valid driver's license for the state in which you reside. in addition to the pre-employment background check, this position will be subject to periodic checks of your driving record in order to determine your continued suitability to drive company and/or patron vehicles. - Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
