Job Description:

Position Summary:

To coordinate, supervise and direct all YKHC clinical buildings, maintenance, biomedical services, housekeeping, laundry, auto repair food service, and utilities.

Position Qualifications:

  • BS Facilities Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years experience in management/supervisory position in health care facilities or related field. Extensive knowledge of TJC, OSHA, NFPA standards. Prior liaison experience with IHS and Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium M&I allocation program recommended.
  • Working knowledge of funding sources for hospital projects and related grant experience. Knowledge of construction techniques, schematics and blueprints.
  • Supervise and oversee all YKHC clinical buildings, properties, maintenance, biomedical services, housekeeping, laundry, auto repair, food service, and utilities.
