Digital Engagement Manager

The Digital Engagement Manager is responsible for creating and
implementing digital content strategies aimed at targeting and
deploying social media content and promotions across various
digital platforms to identify customer trends, maximize ROI and
other efficiencies, and successfully build the Casella brand.
- Participates in the development of a digital marketing strategy
by studying internal and external key performance indicators
(KPIs), identifying customers and their current and future needs,
and monitoring the competition.
- Plans and executes all web, search engine optimization/search
engine marketing (SEO/SEM), email, social media, and display
advertising campaigns and collaborates with internal teams and
external consultants to create landing pages and optimize user
- Collaborates with the Marketing and Engagement team in
designing, building, and enhancing our social media presence to
grow brand awareness and equity.
- Identifies digital and brand problems and recommends creative
solutions contributing increased short and long- term marketing
- Creates analytical reports pertaining to campaign performance
and measures performance of all digital marketing campaigns and
assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights to optimize spending and
performance and determines critical conversion points and drop off
points to optimize user funnels.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital
marketing and engagement to ensure fresh ideas are always
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end
customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch
- Integrates and maximizes the functionality of digital platforms
such as Acquia, Drupal, Qualtrics XM, Dialogtech, Google Analytics,
- Develops and executes account-based digital strategy for
business-to-business (B2B) accounts in collaboration with internal
teams and external consultants.
- Participates in training and other learning opportunities to
expand knowledge of the company, products, sales and services and
performs any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill
our mission, and/or abide by our core values.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in
marketing, business analytics, or a digital marketing field, 5-7
years of progressive experience in marketing or a digital
engagement role and be legally eligible to work in the US. A
demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative
environment and demonstrated experience in digital marketing and
analytics are required. Having a valid driver's license and the
ability to travel frequently is needed.
Advanced knowledge of and ability to use digital platforms such
as Acquia, Drupal, Qualtrics XM, Dialogtech, Google Analytics, and
others, a solid understanding of CRM applications and related sales
and email marketing technology, and strong analytical reasoning and
decision making skills are needed. An ability to develop and
deliver engaging social media strategy, a knowledge of marketing
automation and data management platforms and outstanding written
and verbal communication skills are expected.
Analytical, vision-oriented individual who is able to delve into
various forms of data and analytics to identify actionable insights
and drive digital engagement initiatives from concept to fruition.
This is a deeply focused role that will evaluate various strategic
initiatives across our engagement platforms toward an identified
set of strategic objectives. Adeptness at building collaborative
relationships across the organization is key.
