Role Value Proposition:
- Single point of contact for all Hertz Disability Service
questions, issues or concerns
- Responsible for the expedient management and resolution of
customer-initiated claim escalations, inquiries, or claim
processing questions while ensuring the highest level of customer
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of Disability claims management experience and
knowledge in LTD/STD or TAM claims, including knowledge of other
Employee Benefit programs (e.g., Workers Compensation, Life
Insurance) and relative Federal and State Laws.
- Strong knowledge of current process and technology
- Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Project,
- College degree preferred.
