The Clinical Coordinator B implements and monitors the daily
operations of a clinical business unit in order to ensure delivery
of quality, cost-effective patient care. The Clinical Coordinator B
supervises seven or more FTEs and/or two or more practice locations
(not including satellite offices). This position requires a minimum
formal education of bachelors degree and minimum of five years

Administrator to successfully resolve all risk issues.
Advises supervisor of any changes regarding staff or the office.
Makes recommendations to leadership regarding clinical office
operations and finances.
Maintains a high level of customer service-oriented performance
and models this behavior for clinical office team. Achieves and
models the organization's established expectations regarding
quality, teamwork, self and staff development.
Responds promptly to all requests from patients, physicians,
medical offices, and administration.
Reviews and analyzes productivity reports and dashboard metrics
to identify trends and ensure optimal patient throughput and
