Through innovation, research, and community partnerships, this acute care hospital is dedicated to creating individualized patient care plans while utilizing the most advanced technology and techniques. 

Supporting the Executive Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager Med Surg will be accountable for overseeing the Medical Surgical Services unit and be supported by a team of Assistant RN Managers, Registered Nurses, Technicians, and ancillary staff. Responsibilities of the Nurse Manager Med Surg include overseeing department workflow, scheduling, managing the budget, ensuring regulatory compliance, updating policy procedures and assisting with staff education. The Nurse Manager Med Surg will be a positive individual who is excited to promote a patient-centered environment and lead, mentor, motivate, and educate an innovative team. Ideally, the Nurse Manager Med Surg will have prior leadership experience, a clinical background working in a medical-surgical, telemetry, or step-down unit, along with an RN license.
