An employer is seeking a Call Center and Product Service
Representative to sit in Enfield, CT. This group is responsible for
being the first line of defense when customers call in with issues
with the products. This is open because due to COVID-19, biotech
orders have sky rocketed and extra help is needed when it comes to
troubleshooting. On a day to day this person will be answering
calls, help troubleshoot issues, and put together detailed notes of
conversations. If issues are not able to be rectified, then this
can be escalated to next level experts. This person should be
detail oriented, and be well spoken.
Experience working with SAP ticketing system
Previous experience working in a customer service role
Good attention to detail for documentation
Exceptional customer service/communication skills
