  • $1000 Stay Bonus - bonus paid to full-time employee after 60 days successful employment in roleWoodfords has full-time openings for Assistant Residential Coordinators at our Scarborough, Saco and Westbrook homes.Our Residential Program offers adult individuals the opportunity to live in a supportive home setting staffed by Direct Support Professionals. We understand that people need more than just a place to live; they need a home and natural supports. Our Direct Support Professionals and Team Leader DSPs work with our consumers, their families, and other service providers to promote independence and inclusion in the community.Location: Scarborough, Westbrook and SacoSchedule:
    • Full-time
    • 4 day schedule with one weekend shift (day/evening hours)
    • One weekend on-call monthlyCompensation/Pay:

          • Training and Professional DevelopmentQualifications of the Assistant Residential Coordinator:
            • Minimum of 1 year direct care experience required as a DSP, BHP, or MHRT-1 required, 2 years of experience preferred
            • CRMA certification required
            • High School Diploma or GED required, Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
            • Valid driver's license
            • Use of reliable vehicle with current insurance
            • Good physical strength; able to bend, lift and standResponsibilities of the Assistant Residential Coordinator:
              • Must be able understand and effectively implement the behavior plan for the consumer.
              • Assist the consumer in the development of community awareness through the process of orientation into the community.
              • Assist the consumers in building personal relationships with people outside the program and family.
              • Assist in implementing all medical and medication procedures prescribed by medical providers.
              • Provide direct care with the consumers.
              • At the direction of the Program Director or designee, maintain liaisons with the consumers' family by insuring consistent opportunities for contact either by phone or through regular visits with the family.
              • At the direction of the Program Director/designee, assist in the development/modification of residents' goals, update on goal progression, and evaluate periodically.
              • Maintain accurate daily progress and attendance records and complete all paperwork in a timely manner that is set forth by agency and state policies and guidelines.
              • Enter behavior data collection information into Excel spreadsheets for review by the BCBA
              • Perform such other position appropriate duties and assume such other responsibilities as the House Manager, Assistant Program Director, and/or Program Director may assign.
              • Assist in orientating & training newly hired DSP staff to the residence in which they work.
              • Assist in completing MAR Quality Assurance checks as assigned on shifts.
              • Attend monthly MAR check meetings with the agency RN as assigned.
              • Set up the MAR forms for the consumers in the residence as assigned.As an agency, Woodfords has implemented robust safety protocols in accordance with current CDC guidelines. We value the health and safety of our employees and consumers.This position is considered a Health Care Provider position by the State of Maine. Health Care Providers are required by the State of Maine to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by October 1, 2021.
