DescriptionLanding that perfect dream job could be right under your nose as aHelp Desk Support Specialistin our Manchester, NH office. - As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and service through analysis and problem solving to enable installation, maintenance, education, implementation, and documentation of a variety of software and hardware technologies. You will be instrumental in providing excellent IT service support to company employees, contractors, and members. - Our ideal candidate will have a high level of technical knowledge, exemplary customer service standards, the highest level of trustworthiness and integrity and have a positive demeanor and outlook.OUR Help Desk Support Specialist will:Resolve Help Desk tickets while accurately prioritizing, escalating and documenting requests by impact to business/user(s) on both Windows and MacOS based systems.Provide support for mobile devices (iOS, Android, and other major platforms).Responsible for managing and maintaining hardware/software inventory and device refresh cycle.Coordinate user setups, installations and upgrades as well as maintain established documentation, procedures, and other knowledge bases.Do our requirements match YOUR background?High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of IT support experience.Excellent spelling and grammar skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful and concise manner while providing outstanding customer service. Application knowledge and support experience with Microsoft Windows, Apple OSX (workstations and iPads), Microsoft Office, and Email, Calendaring, and SPAM filtering are essential. Knowledge of CompTIA A+, MCSA Windows 10, and Technical Support Professional (TSP) are preferred. Must have an ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues, present ideas in user-friendly language, and focus on rapport building, listening, and questioning skills.
