Vermont Castings brand stoves, as well as others. This rewarding

assisting in the operation of the department by serving as a backup
to various production members and providing informal leadership to
work teams regarding assignments, schedules, operating procedures
and improvement opportunities. This role is the 'go-to' member to
keep daily production goals on track by being versatile enough to
jump in and assist nearly any work cell and support non-standard
processes.Preferred Qualifications:--- Knowledge and experience of
melting / molding process--- Previous machine shop experience---
Ability to perform setup operations for Drill Press--- Ability to
perform setup operations for CNC Machine--- -Become proficient in
all aspects of foundry cast iron molding processBenefits of Working
