• Earn a Base Weekly Salary up to $2,260 and no less than $1,460 per week for a solo driver. $2,515 to $4,061 for team drivers.
• Never make less than $73,000 annually, with the ability to make so much more! And our Drivers do...
• No more paycheck guesswork! Plus, loyalty pay earned on day one and up to 5.5 cents per mile.
• New Hire Pay- $1,250 after the successful completion of orientation.
  #2 - TRANSITION PAY
  • Yes, we do hire drivers that don't know how to pull a flatbed yet!
  • When you're learning to flatbed, or the ways of COTC, we've got you covered! In the first 90 days, earn an extra 3 cpm, on all miles driven on top of your salary!
  • For all miles driven from 7 months to 9 months, you will earn an extra 2 CPM on top of your salary!
  • Bet the President Program- The President of our company is willing to be that you will make more money in your first 6 months at COTC than the last 6 months at your previous employer, or I will pay you $3500!
