MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Master's Degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Public Health, Health Care Management or related field required. Minimum of two years demonstrated experience in research, program evaluation, healthcare analysis, public policy analysis, or related experience.Experience translating outcome data into program performance improvement initiatives. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Advanced computer analytics and presentation skills. Technology oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Experience with electronic health record and related applications preferred.Demonstrated experience writing reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.Experience with Federal and State Grants preferred.
