Role Summary:
Cobalt Benefits Group, LLC is seeking a Client Service Specialist
(CSM) to join our growing team. We are a growing stabile third
party administrator coordinating any benefit needs for large
companies. The core objective of the Client Service Manager is to
work in tandem with a Strategic Account Manager to create and
preserve lasting relationships with our key clients. This position
communicates with high level point of contacts for our key clients.
The CSM will need to multi-task to meet and exceed the daily
inquiries and concerns of our key clients on matters related to
their group life, health, dental and vision plans. This position
reports directly to the VP of Sales and his assigns.
