Date Posted: 2022-05-16-07:00Country: United States of AmericaLocation: CACA8: ALC-Wallingford, CT 23-28 Village Lane Street, Wallingford, CT, 06492 USAJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform all department work schedules, tracking labor and expense costs, processing work orders, contract charges, billings to customers, and payment accounting for the department: including assisting the service manager and /or working independently under the direction of the business manager in performing any other designed work.Work very closely with the service manager on a daily basisManage customer and client communications for work schedule and maintain a positive and productive working relationship.Schedule and document all department commitments for repairs, maintenance, and installation.Schedule 2 weeks in advance with day-to-day adjustments as necessary to accommodate the scheduled workload.Schedule customer onsite training as requested.Schedule 24 hours emergency service team and assist emergency service contracted customers as required (On-Call Schedule)Communicate with the field to determine the status of the project they are working on and know each Tech working location all the time.Provide pricing upon request for parts and /or company resources in a timely manner.Assist in the local monthly branch service agreement renewal process and book in ERP within 30 days of expirationEnsure all preventive maintenance visits are scheduled and performed for each service agreement.Notify customers of scheduled PM dates visitsLog and track all service work orders, and reconcile all open tickets for dispositions.Invoice customer in a timely manner target 30 days or less DTI.Work with the collection department for collecting invoices and resolving disputes.Microsoft office product experience is a must.Microsoft Dynamics Software experience is a PLUS.Other duties as assignedEDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required; AA/AS degree preferred, Technical/BusinessSchool Certificate or Diploma; or another post-High School training (2-years duration)EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:5 years of experience in the Building Construction/HVAC IndustryAn undergraduate degree in business, finance, or equivalent is strongly preferredAccounting, purchasing, receivables, and AIA billing experience preferredMS Dynamics/ERP experience a plusProficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and AccessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work without close supervisionGood time management skillsAble to manage multiple competing priorities successfullyPay Range:$57,500 - $80,500 AnnuallyCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
