Responsible for performing Operational Sourcing activities within
assigned categories in accordance with Category Strategies/Sourcing
Cards that have been developed by Global Category Managers. \n\n

employees. \n\n \n\n Duties & Responsibilities\: \n\n \n\t Run RFx
Process including the selection of the right template, in line with
Sourcing Card instructions in close calloboration with Category
Manager. \n\t Execute all pre-requisites as required. \n\t Monitor
responses, consolidate and analyze replies to select sources of
supply. \n\t Award RFx, and/or inform non-selected suppliers,
document and file RFx Results (including SDD and saving). \n\t
Negotiate & manage contract in-line with Sourcing Card instructions
and in close collaboration with Category Manager (CM). \n\t Create
and execute CorA contract based on available templates and
distribute copy of signed contract and/or CorA number to all
relevant parties including Business Partner (BP) and CM. \n\t
Refine scope of supply with BP (if required). \n\t Involve Legal
where needed. \n\t Verify final offer reflects all requirements
requested by BP and/or CM. \n\t Update contract triggered by new
legal/compliance requirements or commercial. \n\t Monitor contract
fulfillment and initiate corrective measures in case of deviations,
if necessary, in accordance with direction from CM. \n\t Prepare
Executive summary and/or justification note if required. \n\t
Gather internal and external signatures and track signing process.
\n\t Handle queries / demands coming from BPs or suppliers. \n\t Be
well connected with suppliers. \n\t Support BPs with all relevant
information to start Procurement process. \n\t Provide sourcing
support for assigned categories in accordance with existing
sourcing strategy covered in Sourcing card, policies and procedures
by establishing a close collaboration with business partner as well
as GBSC on an operational level. \n\t Be interface to GBSC
Procurement and Accounts Payable teams \n \n\n \n\n Requirements
\n\n \n\t Bachelor---s degree from an accredited institution in
Economics, Sourcing, or Procurement preferred \n\t One to three
(1-3) years of purchasing or procurement experience \n\t Excellent
Microsoft Office Skills \n\t Pharmaceutic industry experience
preferred \n\t SAP experience preferred \n\t Proficiency in the
following categories\: Contract development; eSourcing (weBuy);
Reverse/e-auctions; Procure-to-pay (p2p) knowledge \n \n\n \n\n
Eligibility Requirements\: \n\n \n\n Must be legally authorized to
