Development Associate - Community Relations

- Position Summary
- The Development Associate, under the general direction of the
Director of Communications and Public Affairs, and in coordination
with the Development Committee, manages a comprehensive annual
giving program, including employee, direct mail and digital
fundraising drives. The position supports development operations
through management of the donor database and ancillary systems and
ensures the cohesive use of available technology and tools. Plans
and executes fundraising event logistics and assist with special
projects as assigned. Primarily day shift, but occasional nights
and weekends may be required. Experience highly desired. Please

- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Understanding of philanthropy programs and
operations in a not-for-profit environment. Blackbaud Raiser's Edge
and NEXT experience highly preferred.
- Excellent computer skills including a working knowledge of the
Microsoft Office Suite.
