Job Description:
Community Health Centers is seeking full time, part time, and
per diem Registered Nurses to join the team at Riverside and Good
Health locations. Registered Nurses facilitate patient care
activities and patient flow and are responsible for assisting with
patient triage, patient care documentation and being an integral

QualificationsRegistered Nurse LicensureGood standing with Vermont
State Board of NursingBasic Life Support CertificationStrong
clinical skills, and able to thrive in a fast-paced medical team
environmentFamiliarization with electronic medical record and

ability to work independently, anticipate needs, creatively problem
solve and take initiative to improve patient care at CHC
