SPS in Putnam supports drug delivery product development and custom manufacturing for pre-clinical, clinical, and commercial supply.Responsibilities: - Provide helpdesk support for users - Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk - Decommission hardware such as servers, desktops, printers - Upgrade/repair existing hardware such as workstations and laptops - Assist in infrastructure projects including wiring and other network tasks - Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees - Assist in other projects as neededBasic Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Understanding of basic hardware/softwarePosition Type: Intern20 hours per week$20/hrAvailable immediatelyJob Types: Part-time, InternshipSalary: $20.00 per hourSchedule:
