Job DescriptionIntermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.ResponsibilitiesAs a Performance Improvement Leader, you will consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts. You will provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders. You will drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients. You will mitigate solution risks and issues. You will execute workflow and process improvement strategies along with leading client meetings, events, and drive internal team initiatives. You will identify and drive opportunities for cross functional workstream involvement for early identification and adoption of opportunities to empower the local client. You will demonstrate innovation and thought leadership to applying the power of data-driven narrative as a mechanism for differentiation.Basic Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
  • At least 1 year of Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
  • At least 5 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
  • Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizenPreferred Qualifications
    • Six Sigma Green Belt - International Association for Six Sigma CertificationExpectations
      • Willing to travel up to 60% as needed
      • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
      • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
      • Perform other responsibilities as assignedRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)California Pay Range: from $33.46 to $65.10 per hour; from $69,600 to $135,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.Colorado Pay Range: from $31.59 to $58.61 per hour; from $65,700 to $121,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.New York City Pay Range: from $31.59 to $61.88 per hour; from $65,700 to $128,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.Washington Pay Range: from $35.29 to $61.88 per hour; from $73,400 to $128,700 per annum.
