Our internship program is designed to provide interns hands-on, practical experiences while working alongside some of our industry's smartest teams; as well as providing immediate value to their teams and our leaders.As an intern, you will be challenged and offered the opportunity to make an impact across the business and be involved in the company's most critical business decisions.We are currently recruiting for our Summer 2023 program!DIGITAL CUSTOMER ACQUISITIONROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and implementation of operational improvement practices for digital channels product management
  • Actively lead the development and integration of system and voice of customer (VoC) into the product development process
  • Provide clear and consistent product vision for all development
  • Nurture strong, trusted partnerships with your respective business teams

      • Support key digital customer acquisition products and initiatives like the online credit application and the corporate website redesign
      • Bring the end-user perspective to all product design and direction through VoC and system data
      • Ensure product development is most efficient at meeting product and company goals
      • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to outline product and project requirements
      • Help prioritize and break down work to have it developed by teams
      • Communicate regularly with different teams to ensure deadlines are being met and product deliverables are prepared
      • Seek and leverage data insights to drive and validate product directionPRODUCT DATA ANALYSIS
        • Track, visualize, and analyze user engagement and behavior data to help our team drive product improvements and optimizations
        • Support the implementation of Google Analytics 360 to various websitesPROBLEM SOLVING AND INNOVATION
          • Champion customer-centric product development/management
          • Ensure project team clarity and focus on problems to be solved and desired outcomes
          • Work with teammates to determine the problems to be solved and expected outcomes for end users and customers
          • Think outside of the box to bring innovative technology and products to users
          • Use our product toolbox as a starting point to help create intuitive user experiencesIDEAL CANDIDATE QUALITIES
            • Undergraduate or graduate level student, in a degree accredited program
            • Strong interest in product development/management or data analytics
            • Strong project management skills, including planning and execution
            • Passion for developing and delivering exceptional customer and user experience
            • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting information
            • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
            • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
            • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environmentThe base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
