The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and supporting web-based applications, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate with experience working with Linux and MySQL.Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web-based applications, including software and hardware issues, network connectivity issues, and configuration issues.
• Collaborate with software development teams to resolve complex technical issues and bugs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Participate in software releases and updates, including testing and documentation.Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Familiarity with web-based applications, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with database management and SQL.
  • Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as JIRA, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
