Diagnostic Imager in Connecticut
StartDate: 03/06/2023
The University of Connecticut (UCONN) School of Medicine is seeking
an academic diagnostic radiologist due to high-level growth. The
role is primarily clinical, e.g., 90-95% clinical/5-10% academic,
but this is negotiable. Teaching and supervising trainees
(residents, fellows, and medical students) are parts of faculty
responsibilities. Preference will be given to candidates with
expertise (preferably to include fellowship training) in a
radiologic subspecialty (Body, Chest, MSK, MRI, Nuclear, or Neuro.
Interventional Neuroradiology, even mechanical thrombectomy
expertise is welcome but not required). Candidates should be
comfortable performing general radiology duties in CT, MR,
Ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and plain radiography, especially for
on-call purposes.
