Mazzotta has partnered with a growing company who has strong roots in Connecticut dating back to the 1800's to find talented Machine Setters for this busy Torrington manufacturer.Must be able to train on 1st shift and then transition into your regular 2nd shift schedule, in addition to working overtime as needed.$16.50 - 17:50/hr. depending on experience, plus benefits.As a Machine Setter, you will be responsible for and must have experience in:Setting up and operating various grinding machinesSolid math skills including decimals to 5 placesMechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, lifting up to 40 lbs. and being on your feet throughout entire shiftAbility to use basic hand tools, measuring gauges and read blueprintsExperience in ID, OD, double disk or centerless grinding is desiredInterested in joining this manufacturing company?
