This position offers an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in our production process, using your skills to create, modify, and repair parts and tools. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge machinery and contribute to the production of high-quality products. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and drawings with precision to understand the specifications of the product.2. Operating and maintaining CNC machines and manual machining equipment, ensuring their optimal performance and safety.3. Performing milling operations, lathe operations, and setting up machines for production.4. Using precision measurement tools to inspect and verify the dimensions of parts.5. Utilizing hand tools to create, modify, or repair parts and tools as required.6. Adhering to all established safety and production procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.7. Collaborating with the production team to troubleshoot problems and improve manufacturing processes.8. Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to remain updated on new machining techniques and technologies.9. Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the work area to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Machinist role within the Manufacturing industry.2. Proficiency in manual machining, blueprint reading, CNC machine operation, mill operation, and lathe operation.3. Experience in setting up machines for production, using CNC conventional methods.4. Proficiency in using hand tools and precision measurement tools.5. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards.6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.8. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and work for extended periods.9.
