Currently, we are looking for an Operations Representative. This is a Monday through Friday position located in Woodsville, NH.Operations Representative Responsibilities:

• Research cards that are returned by post office dye to address conflicts
• Monitor captured cards and mailer forms received form the branches
• Provide phone support to customers
• Process Visa check card applications and maintenance
• Responsible for instant issue cards such as monitoring inventory and supplies
• Responsible for daily ATM suspense reconciliationOperations Representative Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to use and learn computer-based systems
