Oregon.Within ASML, the sector of Development & Engineering
(D&E) is responsible for the specification and the design of
ASML products. The department of Integration, Quality and
Reliability Engineering (IQR) is responsible for integration of
prototype building blocks, modules and subsystems into the whole
machines to verify that they meet functional requirements and
performance specifications.We are seeking a Proto Integrator to
join our Wilton D&E System Integration group in the IQR
department. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team that
tests and integrates our systems for Development and Engineering
(D&E). Our Wilton prototype modules consists of an intricate
network of optics, electronics, mechatronics, and control systems.
As the leader of a Machine Integration Team (MIT), your role as a
Proto Integrator is key to building a better product though
testing, issue identification and resolution, and finding potential
design- and process improvements. In this technical project
management position you will have the opportunity to lead a team of
dedicated generalists to deliver and execute the optimum plan to
verify the functionality and performance of our prototype
modules.Roles and responsibilitiesWorking at the cutting edge of

tasks and solve problems.As the Proto Integrator / Main Deliverable
Owner on Wilton Integration Projects, you will be responsible
to:Plan the integration and verification activities for newly
developed functionality and performance of prototype
modules.Maintaining a safe work environment through review of
proposed work, testing, and containment actions.Take on test-rig
ownership including planning, staffing, availability for
configuration definition, realization, upgrades, and qualifications
as required to support the program plans and maximizing system
uptime.Reports progress all activities on the test-rig.Ensures
assigned engineering team and other D&E resources.Capture and
drive the identification, containment, and resolution of
issues.Contribute to the system integration plans and assure they
are aligned with stakeholders, well communicated, and ultimately
achieved.Works with stakeholders from different departments and
builds a strong communication network.Assesses and highlights risks
and develops mitigation plans.Travel to customer sites as required
to support product introduction or support local sites.Collaborates
with cross-functional teams using effective communication methods.
Drive and develop the ASML integration way of working for
Wilton.Interprets, implements, and monitors modifications to
department methods, processes and policies that affect multiple
work groups.May provide in-depth reporting to management or
internal and external customers.Provides input and plans for
program related expenses to the Integration Project Lead for
Program budget development and forecasting.Creates reports, status
updates, and presentations as required to support internal and
external program reviews.Performs other duties as assigned.Maintain
team plans, report on status, scope, issues, risks (IRR), and
budgetResolve integration priority conflicts between projects. Know

Engineering discipline or Physics, with minimum 4 years'
experienceMinimum qualifications - the hired candidate must possess
