Difference -As a Patient Coordinator, you will report to the
Manager and perform daily front-office tasks and duties to help
create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with
patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you'll
participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your
role.
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in
accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures,
government regulations, and dental board standards
- Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient
appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment
collection
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
- Additional tasks as assigned by the ManagerPreferred
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical
mindset
- High regard for time management
- Organized and detail-orientedAspen Dental-branded practices are
