Responsible for analyzing complex business problems in order to solve them with automated systems and will also be responsible for designed details for automated systems in order to make them more efficient. Responsible for providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, in order to provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

  • Monitoring the application processes, application logs and taking appropriate resolution actions in case of failures.
  • Using support tools and escalation mechanisms in case of application failures.
  • Resolution of end user problems in the application by way of detailed analysis, communication with end users and working with development
  • Solutions team in translating functional requirements into techno functional documents and participate in new enhancements by working on UAT.Here is some of what you'll need (required):
    • Bachelor--s Degree in Computer Science or similar
    • Advance English communications skills
    • 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role
    • SQL or Oracle background is a must
