Information Technology (IT) Team, the Sr. Business Analyst (SBA) is
the voice of the consumer and champion of the system users. The SBA
logically assesses each process step to enhance the functionality
of our systems and serves as the bridge between business leaders
and IT systems developers. The SBA will have in-depth knowledge of
the business, customer and systems. They are an expert facilitator
who can elicit the needs from multiple groups including senior
level executives and synthesize the result in an easily consumable
set of deliverables. They use critical thinking and an innate
attention-to-detail to represent all business requirements,
scenarios and use cases to ensure that the systems are built to

of Omnichannel SystemsLocation: Remote; required to travel onsite
to the King Arthur Baking offices in White River Junction, VT 4-6
times per year.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partners with
business sponsors to take a project or enhancement request through
scoping, detailed requirements and use case definitions for all
customer-enabling solutions including web-facing, point-of-sale,
call center solutions, supporting services and
middleware/integration layersFacilitates requirements elicitation
using persona definitions, requirements workshops and activity
diagrams, business process flows, decision trees and other
toolsPartners with IT delivery leader to provide inputs into
planning and acts as an enabler throughout the full life-cycle of
the requestApplies a critical eye in reconciling conflicts in
requirements and distinguishing a nice-to-have request from a
must-haveSeeks to learn the business processes and surrounding
technology deeply enough to anticipate potential exception
scenarios and drive them through structured review to define the
expected outcomeActs as a subject matter expert for
customer-enabling solutions to provide day-to-day operational
support to business partners Utilizes knowledge across all areas of
the business to proactively make recommendations to optimize an
omni-channel experience that drives a consistent and valuable
customer experience Works closely with the development team to
ensure all non-functional requirements are also defined including
logging/alerting/notifications, performance, compliance, etc.Works
closely with the development team and third-party vendors to
establish a technical vision and negotiate trade-offs between
functionality, usability, feasibility, supportability and
performance with feedback loops to the business sponsor as
requirements adjustments are warrantedParticipates in solution
design reviews to provide feedback and ensure requirements are met
by proposed designLeads the change impact assessment to identify
impacts to the organization and work with the relevant parties to
develop a change management plan which could include creation of
communications and delivery of trainingParticipates in functional
and user acceptance testing and, in some cases, supports definition
of test scenariosLeads the creation of a standard requirements
template and refine the business analysis process and methodology
to establish a standard that can be used across teamsDisseminates
information through written and verbal communications, striking the
right level of detail with the audience across both business and
technical stakeholdersPerforms other related duties as required or
assigned Minimum job requirementsBachelor's degree in business or
higher from an accredited college/university or equivalent
experience5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including
2+ years of experience in an omni channel CPG company and
e-commerce solutionsExperience capturing complex requirements to
meet business objectivesProficient in process design
documentationExperience working with in-house development teams,
out-sourced development and SaaS providersDemonstrated critical
thinking skills, innovative thinking, and analytical
skillsExperience with Organizational Change Management and User
Acceptance TestingFamiliar with concepts of Master Data Management
and use of Business Intelligence toolsIIBA Certification supports
