DISTRIBUTION ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our team in the Greater

HOW YOU'LL HELP US CONNECT THE WORLD.
The Distribution Account Manager is responsible for managing and
delivering on all business through assigned distribution partners
and distribution-managed partners in the region. Reporting to the
Vice President of Global Distribution, the individual is directly
responsible for the management, development, and success of the
assigned distributor and their partners in the region, while
working closely with the local Channel and End-User sales
We will look to you to identify and deliver upon pivotal
initiatives to differentiate and drive incremental revenue through
distributors and partners - ensuring successful adoption and
revenue growth for new and existing products. Additionally, this
role will have a particular focus placed on driving distributors to
identify, recruit and develop new distribution-managed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
3+ years of related experience with Distribution and Channel
relationship building/partner management with notable
accomplishments, preferably in the technology industry and with
Distributors, Resellers, System Integrators, alliances, and other
A high degree of motivation and integrity with strong
interpersonal, project management, negotiation, change management,
problem-solving, and process management skills.
Ability to build and articulate a compulsive business value
proposition for distribution partners around existing solutions and
In-depth experienced knowledge and understanding of distributors'
business requirements and models including financial, sales, and
Able to empathize with, articulate, and understand the business
strategy from the distributor business owner's perspective as well
as the Ruckus solution strategy.
