America**The purpose of this position is to provide talent
acquisition operational support to our Talent Acquisition team,
along with HR/People team within CBRE. This role is responsible for
system process inquiries as well as resolving basic technical or
semi-technical issues with our ATS system (Avature).****What you'll
do:**+ **You will need to problem-solve and troubleshoot all
issues.**+ **Provide timely resolution of problems or escalation on
behalf of end users to appropriate next level of technical support
personnel in alignment with established service level agreements
(SLAs) utilizing ServiceNow ticketing system**+ **You will need to
understand the end-to-end recruiting process**+ **Support and
maintain effective relationships with end users**+ **Work
independently to identify issues for escalation to management**+
**Alert management to emerging trends in incidents, problems, or
issues**+ **Provide support for the applicant tracking system which
includes process and system functionality**+ **Work in a virtual
team environment - self-motivated & driven**+ **Provide efficient,
timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers**+ **Establish
and maintain work priorities in support of multiple team
members****Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the
United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the
future.**+ Minimum 2 years of experience supporting recruiting
processes+ Minimum 1-year experience in a technology support role+
Excellent written and verbal communication skills+ Strong
attention-to-detail and follow-up skills; customer-focused and
results-oriented attitude+ Working knowledge of Avature or other
applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems+
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and
ServiceNowCBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the People Systems Analyst
position is $65,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the
People Systems Analyst position is $80,000.00 annually. The
compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend
on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary
bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.CBRE is an equal
