Job Description: Fidelity's Software Engineering Domain is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst/Scrum Master to join our Chapter supporting our Compensation, Rewards and Benefits squad. This person will be responsible for collaborating with key partners (both business and tech) to understand, design, implement and maintain the systems and processes that enable our strategic objectives, including Compensation Cycle Management, integration with the Data Lake, and migration to a SaaS based product. The Skills You Bring

  • Proficiency in conducting a methodical evaluation of system capabilities relative to business needs
  • Ability to identify and assess technology solutions, noting both the technical and operational (people/process) dependencies
  • Ability to articulate both business and technical needs as functional and non-functional user stories
  • Excellent listening, communication (verbal and written), influencing, and presentation skills
  • Experience with Oracle/SQL for data validation
  • Experience with coordinating and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Demonstrated history of supporting complex data integrations between SaaS solutions
  • An Agile practitioner with deep understanding of Agile principles and practices The Value You Deliver
    • You are a self-starter with a strong level of engagement
    • You serve as a supporting subject matter expert to provide timely, pertinent information to other members of the squad and/or business partners
    • You provide insightful guidance/recommendations based on analyses to facilitate/influence decision-making processes and technology strategy
    • You develop artifacts that support efficient and effective solution delivery, ex. User stories, process maps/workflows, system diagrams
    • You identify and respond to production incidents/issues - validation, scope, impact, urgency
    • Planning and coordination of schedules to resolve dependencies with other scrum masters and teams as well as with external teams and providers.
    • Facilitation of Agile Scrum events including stand-ups, program increment and sprint planning, release planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
