to other programs and plans Summary: The Logistics Order Fulfilment
Team Coordinator (LOFT) oversees the management of 50-75 global
customers. This role encompasses the logistics and documentation
requirements for Tri-K's valued customers. LOFT Coordinator will
ensure the On Time and In Full Shipments of our materials both
inbound and outbound, working with Warehouse, Customer Service,
Production and Quality Control. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities Prepares, Picks, and assigns lots to customer
order per specification Arranges outgoing shipments which includes
but is not limited to preparation of export or domestic
documentation as required by customer / customs Monitors and
maintains customer ready inventories for outside warehousing
Communicates availability and ship dates to customer service team
Liaise with production planning on status of order completion
against open orders Requests repack of materials against open
orders as needed. Monitor shelf life of materials in 3PLs for
proteins division Process domestic transfer of materials as needed
for SLE, consolidation of products and RMA Creates Work
Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) as
needed Work closely with QC on product testing, results, and
customer specifications Coordinate product return and re-delivery
on complaints as needed Balance the routing of outgoing shipments
for consistent flow on warehouse operations ensuring appropriate
time to stage orders and load trailers Gather and scan shipment
documents for customer service to invoice shipped orders Provide
daily shipment documentation to the warehouse team Complies with
and enforces policies, procedures, and quality standards, as well
as safety and environmental regulations Involved in process
improvements and special projects Other duties as assigned by
ManagerCompetencies: Excellent time management skills and ability
to multi-task Knowledge of ISO & GMP Strong ability to communicate
cross functionally across all levels within our organization.
Strong attention to detail Ability to problem solve in timely
manner Adaptability to change. May need to lift or move materials
up to 50 lbsRequirements: Qualifications and Skills Must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily or have an ability to

and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals,
and technical procedures. Ability to write reports and business
