This is structure and craft work in evaluating, planning, directing
and coordinating maintenance care and repair of buildings at the
new Maine Army National Guard Camp Chamberlain in Augusta.
Primary responsibilities include:
An Associates Degree in Building Technology and four (4) years
experience in the building construction industry and/or
building/property management -OR- an acceptable equivalent
combination of directly related education, training, and/or
experience.
