Business Analyst - Prism Workday (Remote Role)Job
DescriptionWorkday implementation project is seeking 2 skilled
Business analysts to contribute their expertise to our project
team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in
diagnosing data issues, recommending solutions, and collaborating
closely on data conversionrule validation related to a complex ERP
implementation. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in other
various project activities such as additionalbusiness analysis,
documentation, and performing some testing as related to data or
integrations. As a key contributor to the State of Maine Workday
implementation, it is imperative that you establish high quality
standards and lead by example. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate
with stakeholders to monitor, support, and research data quality
and cleanup effortsConducting Root Cause Analysis on Data Issues,
facilitating comprehensive solutions- Data Validation- Ticket
Management (JIRA)- Gather, analyze, document, validate and
communicate business requirements effectively- General project
documentation (i.e. meeting notes, drafting proposals)- General
support through testing phases: researching issues, providing
guidance on defect resolution- Other Project Support tasks as
identified.Top 3 Skills: 1 or more years' experience with Workday
HCM and/or PayrollExpert with Excel?Ability to synthesize multiple
sources of data/information and compile into a cohesive
presentation.Required SkillsExceptional written and verbal
communication skills- Strong analytical skills to analyze data
structures, identify data discrepancies, and ensure data integrity
- Basic understanding of technical concepts related to ERP systems,
such as database structures- Expert with Excel (VLOOKUP's, pivot
tables,concatenations, etc.)- Excellent active listening skills-
Ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences-
Ability to influence others- Flexibility and adaptability; ability
to work in ambiguous situations at all levels of the organization-
Problem solving and root cause analysis skill- Ability to
synthesize multiple sources of data/information and compile into a
cohesive presentation
