As a Field Technician, you'll represent DISH in customers' homes, delivering TV and Smart Home solutions. You'll build rapport with customers, educate them on infinite smart home possibilities, and ensure an excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure DISH TV and Smart Home solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectivesRequirements
  • Aptitude to build rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to stand on a high ladder, lift over 70 lbs, and work in varying climates/weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards
