Join us during an exciting transformational phase.About the Role:We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture & Data team in Shelton, CT. This role involves enabling business and IT leaders to make strategic investment decisions, balancing operational demands with long-term goals. A strong background in finance, legacy systems, and modern ERP platforms is essential to drive innovation and efficiency across our corporate technology landscape. The Enterprise Architect defines the enterprise's technology strategy, develops principles, standards, and roadmaps, and supports the delivery of technology solutions.If you believe this role suits you and your application is successful, be prepared to be Bold, Empowered, Accountable, and to have Fun in a fast-paced, agile environment.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies, including assessing current technology landscapes and creating modernization roadmaps.
• Collaborating with business and IT leaders to align technology with long-term business needs.
• Researching emerging technologies and industry trends to inform architecture decisions.
• Creating and maintaining enterprise capability models, technology roadmaps, and reference architectures.
• Facilitating architecture development across cloud, network, security, and privacy domains.
• Establishing and communicating architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with architecture standards through project assessments and reviews.
• Leading architecture review processes and participating in communities of practice.
• Coordinating with solution architects to ensure architectural alignment and address complex challenges.
• Developing best practices for application security and supporting IAM platform architecture.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in development and/or management within application, systems, database, or integration teams across various industries.
  • At least 5 years of experience with system architecture involving legacy, on-premise, web, cloud, and SaaS platforms.
  • Experience managing staff is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance principles and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, or Workday.
  • Advanced technical skills in enterprise development platforms (e.g., .NET, Java), system architecture, and systems integration.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
