Job Description:
Anesthesiology opening in Bangor, ME Seeking board
certified/board eligible general anesthesiologist to join our
growing anesthesia service. Standard 5-day work week; scheduled 3
months in advance Call: 1:6 typically one shift every 6 days, cover
nights and weekends (no 24-hour in-house call) 15-16 shifts in a
3-month period (overnight, in-house weekend day, or back-up pager
call, and weekend coverage) Large collegial team Diverse case mix
that includes: General surgery, total joints, ortho trauma,
vascular, bariatrics, thoracic, cardiac and structural heart,
pediatrics, ENT, Urology, GYN, neurosurgery, electrophysiology, and
labor and delivery. Busy OB service Support from Cardiac and
Pediatric anesthesia teams Medically directed CRNA supervision, max
ratio 1:4 New operating rooms, endovascular hybrid operating rooms,
and state of the art interventional/electrophysiology procedure
rooms Open to those interested in interventional pain (small part
of role) Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $600,000 Eligible
