Our merchandisers play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of in-store merchandising initiatives, contributing to our goals of exceptional visual standards and operational excellence at various retail locations across the country. This position involves frequent travel and offers ample opportunity to explore different regions and store environments. Implementing and monitoring in-store merchandising strategies in line with management directives. Traveling to different retail sites to perform resets and revisions, ensuring product alignment with store schematics and merchandising standards. Building and installing fixtures, removing old fixtures, and making layout changes to drive product visibility and shopper engagement. Collaborating with store management and team members to address in-store merchandising challenges. Ensuring consistent stock levels, managing inventory movement, and executing product demonstrations as needed. Maintaining a detailed understanding of the store's products, seasonal changes, and promotional activities. Providing detailed visit reports and feedback on in-store conditions and merchandiser performance to the regional manager. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and adaptability. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Basic technical skills to assemble fixtures and install displays. Familiarity with planograms and retail merchandising tools. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Certification in retail merchandising or related fields is preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
