Job Description:
Team Gabriel at Coldwell Banker is hiring sales executives at
our real estate firm. You'll get 12 weeks of training with leads
provided for you each month to work for appointments and sales.
Commissions range from $1,800 to $5,000 per deal closed. Your only
focus will be selling. Exceptional candidates should have a proven
track record of sales over the phone.
You'll enjoy an autonomous work environment where you'll
contribute, the skills we train you on, and the motivation to talk
to as many people as possible a day. You'll follow up with the
inbound leads we provide you and make outbound calls to generate
new leads. Our best sales executives speak with 30 people a day.
The names, phone numbers, scripts will be provided for you.
Although experience in direct, inbound, or outbound sales over the
phone is highly preferred. We are an equal chances employer.
Hours are flexible and there is a work-from-home option. Base pay
is provided to get you going, based on your experience. Top sales
executives like yourself can work anywhere, but the best part of
this role is the culture and people you'll work with. This is not a
corporate environment, so this role will also include
flexibility.
Responsibilities:
--- Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and
move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close
stages
--- Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential
customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on
client requests for information
--- Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to
identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget,
timeline, and other potential obstacles
--- Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product
trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
--- Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations,
negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
--- Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead
requirements/ revenue-generating activities
Qualifications:
--- High school diploma required and some industry or product
knowledge preferred
--- At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
--- Proven track record in sales
--- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation
towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
--- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation,
persuasion, and communication skills
