This role is instrumental in scaling our sales operations and ensuring our Sales & Business Development team effectively meets the evolving market demands with agility and precision. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and exceptional leadership qualities to manage our sales support functions and align them with our corporate objectives. Oversee the sales operations team, ensuring effective implementation of strategic business plans and objectives. Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the sales department. Manage the creation and adjustment of sales territories and set appropriate sales quotas to align with company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product teams, to ensure cohesive business strategies. Lead the utilization and improvement of CRM systems and other sales tools to track performance and provide actionable insights. Analyze sales data and generate accurate sales forecasts to assist in decision-making and planning. Implement and oversee training programs for sales team personnel, focusing on skills enhancement and product knowledge. Regularly evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and new technologies to continuously refine and adapt sales strategies. Advanced proficiency with CRM software Strong analytical and quantitative skills Excellent leadership and team management capabilities Robust interpersonal and communication skills Ability to conduct comprehensive sales reports and forecast sales trends Knowledge of data analysis and sales management software Proficiency in project management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
