growing organization as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Will Contribute: The Sales Development Representative is the link
between the Outside Sales team and the prospect. The Sales
Development Representative will be responsible for developing and
generating a quality sales pipeline for the outside sales team.
Regular interface and communication with assigned Sales Leaders and
Outside Sales team members Research and pre-qualify potential new
prospects Follow up on Warm Leads generated by the marketing team
Identify key decision makers and update database list of contacts
Leverage a best-in-class fully integrated tech stack to increase
sales development efficiency Listening and uncovering potential
opportunities for The Morris Company Provide accurate quotes to
prospects and follow up on requests Deliver on Key Performance
Indicators (critical metrics-KPI's) to get results Other Functions:

BS/BA College Degree 1-2 years previous work experience in a
customer-facing role (prior experience in an outbound call
environment is not required, although preferred) Strong desire to
