Requirements Proven leadership in relationship building and
management. Previous experience in Credit Unions/Financial
institutions highly preferred. Superior communication skills that
resonate with staff and clients alike. Strong analytical and
problem-solving abilities. A track record of driving sales,
business development, and lending success
