The Norbert E. Mitchell Co., Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative. This individual will focus on selling Liquid Products. The right candidate will have a proven track record, strong relationship-building skills, and thrives in a field-based, customer-facing role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow accounts throughout designated territory Build strong, lasting relationships with customers Properly document all leads, bids and contracts. Ensure adherence to state regulations and safety standards for fuel delivery, storage, and transport. Collaborate with Delivery and Service teams to ensure reliable, on-time service. Maintain clean driving record Handle all customers in a professional manner and in keeping with the company’s C.A.R.E. policy, ( C ustomers A re R eally E verything). High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Knowledge of fuel products and the energy sector is highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
