facilitating new sustainment business opportunities for all of
Sikorsky Aircraft’s product lines in the Asia Region. The main
responsibilities of this role are to organize, plan, and manage
business capture efforts and customer relationship efforts in the
Asia Region to exceed enterprise objectives. Knowledge of the
proposal process, pricing systems, elements of cost, and how they
are estimated is required for a successful candidate. The candidate
must be able to work within a cross-functional environment, clearly
articulate an executable strategy, solicit input from multiple
functions, gain team consensus, and produce the best product that
is approved internally and ultimately provides the necessary value
to the customer to result in a contract award. This requires
communication skills necessary to explain proposals, including the
opportunities and risks to senior leadership. This also requires
the skill to navigate a complex organization to seek out and
rapidly obtain answers to customer questions and identify ways to
overcome any challenges. Familiarity with the international
aerospace industry and markets, military operational requirements,
and international affairs is highly desirable. The position
requires a broad interface with multiple company disciplines
including Business Development peers (Domestic and Internationally
deployed), Program Management, Engineering, Sustainment Customer
Support, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, ITC, etc. The
selected candidate will be expected to travel as needed in support
of contract development and negotiation, on average 25% but as much
as 50% if needed to support mission objectives. Location – CT
preferred, other locations will be considered as appropriate. Based
on the time zone of the customer base, calls outside of core hours
(8:00-18:00) can occur frequently and are a necessity to build
customer relationships, trust and an understanding of customer
requirements. Basic Qualifications • A relentless drive to build
stronger relationships and trust as this role will need to nourish
partnerships with customers, in-country sales representatives /
consultants, U.S. Embassies, and in-region global business
development organizations and field service technical
representatives. • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams in a
matrix organization. • Demonstrated ability to create briefings and
shape communications for large audiences and/or high-ranking
individuals (internal executives, customer executives or military
officers). • Flexibility to travel internationally (as much as 50%)
in support of contract development and negotiation, understanding
that we will try to conduct as much business as possible virtually.
Desired skills • Demonstrated ability in developing sales leads,
establishing win plans, and leading cross functional Capture Teams
to build and capture a pipeline of executable opportunities. This
includes the marketing, promotion and selling of all related
products and services both internally and externally. • Strong
ability to develop regional business objectives, strategies, and
plans. This includes developing a funnel of opportunities,
projecting orders, sales, EBIT, and cash (OSEC), and setting growth
strategies to maximize market share. • The incumbent must have a
comprehensive knowledge of the rotary-wing industry, aircraft
support, program management, marketing principles and practices, a
thorough understanding of related industry practices, and a firm
knowledge of the various styles and types of governments in the
assigned territory. Familiarity with and knowledge and experience

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed
Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide
additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from
standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be
condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding
most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois,
Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington
DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the
salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final
work location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not

work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

Massachusetts, and New York is $125,600 - $217,695. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
