Our client, a leading organization in the consumer insights and product testing industry, is seeking 2 openings - for a Connecticut certified Hair Stylist to join their team. As a Hair Stylist/Salon Assessor, you will be part of the Consumer Technical Insights Department supporting the Salon Studies team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Hair Stylist Location: Trumbull, CT Pay Range: $20/hr Shift: Monday - Wednesday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM What's the Job? Conduct salon studies by applying products to panelists' hair, including shampoo, conditioner, or styling aids. Instruct panelists and record their responses accurately during the study process. Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed to maintain a safe and clean environment. Review and understand study protocols to ensure compliance and consistency. Maintain smooth panelist flow, managing multiple panelists if necessary, and ensure test codes match ballots. What's Needed? Currently licensed Hair Stylist by the State of Connecticut. AS LONG AS YOU ARE CERTIFIED NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED Ability to read and understand detailed protocols. Strong communication skills to instruct and record responses effectively. Familiarity with tablet devices for data entry and review. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. What's in it for me?
