Job Description Apply for this opportunity as an MT/MLT (Generalist) in Coventry, Rhode Island! Position is full-time on the day shift for permanent hire. Key Responsibilities: Collect and prepare specimens for testing Perform basic laboratory tests (hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, etc.) Operate laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance Record test results and report findings to the appropriate healthcare professionals Ensure laboratory procedures are followed according to standards and regulations Perform quality control checks and ensure accuracy of results Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure supplies are stocked Required Qualifications: Minimum Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field ASCP certification (or equivalent certification like AMT or AAB) required Knowledge of laboratory testing methods and equipment Ability to work independently and with a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards Click to apply or send a resume to marissak@ka-recruiting.com for immediate consideration.
