Overview: Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift: New Graduate Nurse:
$10,000 Experienced Nurse: $13,000 Float Pool Registered Nurse 24
Hours per Week, Night Shifts Location: Mercy Hospital Jefferson

for Floating Based on Experience: Emergency Department (ED)
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Transitional Care Unit (TCU) Progressive
Care Unit (PCU) All Medical-Surgical Units Acute Rehabilitation
Behavioral Health Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated
from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or
BSN). Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid
RN license in the state of employment or compact licensure,
ensuring compliance with all state board of nursing regulations.
Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American
Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30
