Regional Float Pool - Nights We are seeking a part-time Registered
Nurse for our Regional Float Pool, responsible for delivering
nursing care to adult and elderly patients across various hospital
units and locations in the St. Louis area. This role entails
assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating tailored nursing
care in diverse specialties such as Med/Surg, ICU, ED, and Labor &
Birth. Applicants must possess a valid RN license, have recent
bedside experience, and hold relevant certifications for their
nursing specialty. Discover your purpose with us! As a Registered
Nurse, you will apply theoretical knowledge to make informed
decisions in practice, assessing, planning, implementing, and
evaluating personalized nursing care in line with established
nursing standards for adult and geriatric patients. The selected
candidate will be required to report to facilities within the
regional area of their home hospital, with specific locations to be
determined upon hiring in consultation with the leadership team.

Facility H - Dexter, MO Qualifications: Required Education:
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. Preferred
Education: BSN Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN
license in the state of employment and meet all state board of
nursing requirements. Required Experience: One year of recent
bedside RN experience for Med/Surg. For other specialties (ED, ICU,
etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside RN experience is
required. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic
Certifications (Required to Start): BLS for Med/Surg and Behavioral
Health BLS & NRP for Women's Health BLS, ACLS for Critical Care
BLS, ACLS, & PALS for Emergency Department Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for most of the shift; significant
bending, stooping, and lifting of patients with assistance; ability
